Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyPray mobile application ("App") provided by Anim LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DailyPray, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DailyPray is a prayer and screen time management app that helps users build daily prayer habits. The App offers both free and premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
DailyPray offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Weekly — $3.99 per week
- Monthly — $9.99 per month
- Yearly — $59.99 per year
Free Trial
A 1-week free trial is available for eligible new subscribers. You will not be charged during the free trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Management and Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Price Changes
Prices are listed in USD and may vary in other countries. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
4. Lifetime Access
DailyPray may offer one-time lifetime access through promotional Offer Codes distributed at our discretion. Lifetime access is a non-consumable in-app purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features. Lifetime access is not available for purchase in the App.
5. User Accounts and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DailyPray — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Anim LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. DailyPray is not a substitute for professional spiritual counseling, mental health services, or medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anim LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
